Reports To: Factory Manager

Job Purpose:
Supervise daily production activities, prepare accurate cutting lists from approved drawings, ensure quality, achieve production targets, and coordinate with all production departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Review approved shop drawings and BOM.
Prepare cutting lists with part sizes, material, thickness, edge banding, and quantities.
Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
Supervise cutting, CNC, edge banding, drilling, assembly, and packing.
Ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
Coordinate with Purchase, Planning, Design, and Installation teams.
Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
Maintain production records and daily progress reports.
Ensure safety, discipline, and timely project completion.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
Positive knowledge of shop drawings, cutting list preparation, CNC processes, and production planning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
