Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and coordinate the post-sales process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate documentation, token registration, KYC verification, collections, and customer coordination to ensure a seamless property booking and handover process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer relationship management throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Coordinate and process token registrations and booking confirmations.
Verify and maintain customer KYC documents as per company requirements.
Collect and verify all necessary real estate documents from customers.
Explain booking terms and conditions, payment schedules, and agreements to customers.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and payments.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, and legal teams for smooth transaction processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system.




Ensure timely collections and update customers on outstanding payments.
Resolve customer queries related to documentation, payments, and the booking process.
Prepare regular reports on customer status, collections, and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in CRM or Customer Relationship Management within the real estate industry.
Solid knowledge of token registration, KYC verification, collections, real estate documentation, and booking procedures.
Familiarity with real estate agreements, payment schedules, and customer documentation.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail.
