Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging training sessions on UI/UX design principles, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
Create course materials, assignments, assessments, and hands-on projects.
Mentor students and provide guidance on portfolios, capstone projects, and career readiness.
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications following up-to-date UI/UX best practices.
Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry practices.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools.
Strong understanding of design thinking,



user research, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0 - 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or training.
Robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
