A confidential financial services organization is hiring an Area Sales Manager – Home Loans to manage business development through the channel partner network. The role involves leading a sales team, strengthening partner relationships, and supporting home loan business growth in coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage home loan sales through channel partners and assigned business networks
Identify and onboard current channel partners to expand market coverage
Lead and support Relationship Managers to improve productivity and performance
Strengthen relationships with partners to ensure consistent business flow
Monitor sales performance and share periodic updates with management
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing of applications
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
Support achievement of regional business objectives
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience in home loans or mortgage sales
Prior experience in team handling preferred
Experience working with channel partners or distribution networks is preferred
Solid communication and relationship management skills
