We are looking to hire for IT Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure, Operations in our organization.

Required Skills & Expertise:
Robust experience in IT infrastructure management in product-based / embedded companies
Hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability management tools
Deep knowledge of KALI Linux systems and kernel-level understanding
Solid networking knowledge (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
Experience with ISO 27001 implementation and audits
Knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of network, server, and IT infrastructure.




Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with current and future business needs and organizational goals.
Plan, manage, and control IT budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost-optimization initiatives.
Evaluate IT risks and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
Assess, recommend, and procure new or replacement hardware and software solutions.
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement and maintain security measures for networks, data, storage, and communication systems.
Ensure compliance with information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001 knowledge preferred).
Coordinate system installations, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.

Pay: ₹489,041.90 - ₹1,946,830.85 per year
