We are hiring a skilled Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive for our USA-based clothing & fashion brand. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing US accounting operations, especially California state accounting, bookkeeping, taxation basics, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling daily accounting activities for an international e-commerce business.

Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank, credit card, PayPal, and Stripe reconciliations
Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports
Assist in California state accounting processes
Prepare monthly financial and MIS reports
Coordinate with US accounting/CPA teams
Ensure accurate data entry and financial documentation

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of US bookkeeping and accounting
Experience handling California-based accounts
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software




Positive understanding of reconciliations, AP, AR, and reporting
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in US shift timings and office workplace (WFO Mohali)
