Job Summary:
We are hiring a South Indian Cook / Chef for our recent South Indian QSR Madam Madras in Jaipur. We are looking for someone who can prepare tasty and consistent South Indian food and work well in a fast-paced kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, and other menu items
Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of food
Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Manage food preparation on time during busy hours
Check stock and inform the team when ingredients are low
Work closely with other kitchen staff and support smooth operations
Reduce food waste and handle ingredients carefully

Requirements:
Experience in South Indian cooking




Must know how to prepare dosa batter, sambhar, chutneys, and other basic South Indian items
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Experience in restaurant, café, or QSR kitchen is preferred

Salary:
Salary will depend on experience and skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
