The key responsibilities :
Handling customer inquiries and providing product/service information.
Preparing and sending quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documents.
Following up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders
Maintaining customer database and updating records. regularly.
Coordinating with internal teams (logistics, accounts,procurement) for order execution.
Ensuring timely order processing, billing, and dispatch support.
Supporting sales target achievement.
Maintaining robust customer relationships and improving repeat orders.
Handling customer complaints and providing resolution support.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
