We are looking for a Warehouse Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse and logistics operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of blue-collar and entry-level operational staff while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and local recruitment drives.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
Schedule walk-in drives, campus hiring, and bulk recruitment activities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
Coordinate onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.





Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or blue-collar hiring.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Willingness to travel within Kerala for recruitment drives when required.

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
