About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with exceptional Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills to join our team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making, improve business processes, and generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
Perform detailed data analysis using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, etc.).
Create dashboards, reports, and presentations in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate findings effectively.
Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.




Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, data visualization, and automation).
Proficiency in other MS Office tools (PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, Outlook for communication).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and present data in a clear, concise manner.
Positive communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or VBA is a plus (but not mandatory).
