Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence through engaging and relevant content.
Build and execute personal branding strategies for leadership profiles.
Create high-quality LinkedIn posts, carousels, articles, and thought leadership content.
Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
Monitor LinkedIn trends and recommend new content ideas.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather product updates, customer success stories, and company achievements.
Track engagement metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Optimize content to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Engage with industry professionals, partners, and prospects to build an active online community.

Requirements
0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing,



or Content Marketing.
Positive understanding of LinkedIn marketing and personal branding strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong content writing and storytelling abilities.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
Familiarity with AI content tools (such as ChatGPT) is an added advantage.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
Internship or project experience in social media management will be an advantage.
