Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through company-generated data and self-sourcing.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain robust client relationships.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and property owners.
Maintain accurate client records and daily activities in CRM.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking documentation.
Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities.
Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to deal closure.

Candidate Requirements




3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, Greater Noida West, Yamuna Expressway, and Delhi NCR real estate market.
Experience in Residential and/or Commercial property sales.
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Proficient in CRM and MS Office.
Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is preferred).

Preferred Candidate
Experience with reputed real estate developers or channel partners.
Strong network of investors, brokers, and HNI clients.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
