Position: Cafe Staff Executive
Location: DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-oriented Cafe Staff Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily cafe operations, and maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a friendly and skilled attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
Assist in the preparation of food and beverages as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, kitchen, and workstations.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations when required.
Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day cafe operations.




Address customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach.
Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
Willingness to work in flexible or rotational shifts.
