About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 years of professional experience in creating engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a positive sense of typography, color, and layout.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand identity and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Design compelling visual assets for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, ads, etc.) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create designs that communicate key messages effectively.
Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visuals and marketing channels.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality output across media formats.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools,



and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency, startup, or in-house design team.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
Experience designing for social media, web, and print.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of UI design or branding systems.
Experience with photography, illustration, or animation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
