We’re hiring a Studio Manager to handle the day to day operations of our tattoo studio.

Main Responsibilities:
Handle all inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, calls) and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Manage appointments, coordinate with artists, and ensure smooth daily studio flow
Oversee studio operations including cleanliness, client handling, and overall presentation
Handle payments, maintain client records, and follow up for feedback and repeat business

Requirements:
Solid social media skills with experience managing business, brand, or personal pages
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client handling roles
Solid communication skills with confidence in closing clients
Basic understanding of sales, client psychology, and handling objections
Interest in tattoos, art, or the creative industry, plus familiarity with Instagram/WhatsApp
