About the Role

The New Product Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing innovative home furnishing products by introducing current technical processes, constructions, and value-added finishes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new products for domestic and export markets.
Research recent materials and technologies.
Develop technical processes including:
Bonding
Embossing
Foiling
3-Pass Blackout fabrics
Laminations
Coatings
Special fabric finishes
Coordinate with Design and Production teams.
Conduct product trials and validations.
Prepare technical specifications and SOPs.
Improve existing products through innovation.




Coordinate with machine suppliers and chemical vendors.
Ensure production feasibility.

Requirements
B.Tech/B.E. Textile Engineering or equivalent.
8–12 years of experience in textile product development.
Strong knowledge of technical textiles and home furnishing processes.
Experience with coating, bonding, embossing, blackout, and value-added fabric technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
