We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and be comfortable speaking with potential customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Explain the company's products or services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain call records and update customer details.
Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or cold calling.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to work from the Noida office.
