Get Workz is hiring enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers for the role of Marketing Associate / Bench Sales Recruiter. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in communication, client handling, and the US recruitment industry.

As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with job seekers and help them connect with suitable job opportunities by marketing their profiles to companies and recruitment partners across the US.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Connect with candidates who are actively looking for job opportunities
Market candidate profiles to clients and recruitment partners
Submit candidate applications for suitable job openings
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and feedback
Build skilled relationships with vendors, recruiters, and consultants




Maintain daily reports and follow-ups
Understand candidate skills, experience, and job preferences
Work on portals, emails, and LinkedIn for profile marketing

Required Skills:
Good English communication skills
Confident and skilled personality
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
