Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Follow up with prospective leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule site visits, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer records with accuracy.
Ensure timely follow-ups to enhance customer engagement and support business growth.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
