Supervise daily production operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency of electrical manufacturing processes.
Allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
Review production reports and identify prospects for process improvements.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and performance metrics.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and tools.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators and technicians.
Minimize downtime, scrap, and rework through effective supervision.
Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
