Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Specialist role located in Gurugram. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering tailored solutions, and assisting in formulating strategies to address their needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research, creating proposals,



presenting solutions to prospective clients, and supporting the sales process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client demands with company offerings.

Qualifications
Solid analytical skills to assess client needs and present relevant solutions
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in consulting and presales to deliver tailored recommendations and support sales teams
Proficiency in using technology and automation tools in a logistics or eCommerce setting is a plus
Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills
Educational background in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
