Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks as per brand standards.
Train, mentor, and develop baristas on coffee preparation, customer service, and SOPs.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the beverage station.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth outlet operations.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Support promotional campaigns and current beverage launches.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
