Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Hit monthly and yearly revenue goals.
Team Leadership: Train, coach, and schedule showroom staff.
Customer Service: Greet walk-in buyers, explain machine features, and match gear to user goals.
B2B & B2C Deals: Handle retail buyers plus local gyms, housing societies, and corporate clients.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, oversee floor displays, and arrange timely deliveries.
Job Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years in retail sales or fitness equipment fields.
Skills: Robust communication, leadership, and basic computer proficiency.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of exercise machines and biomechanics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
