Job Title: Student Counselor

Location: Manjeri, Kerala
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month

Leacon International is looking for a motivated and empathetic Student Counselor to guide students in choosing the right study abroad opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counseling ability, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on study abroad programs and universities.
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable options.
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in student counselling, academic counseling, sales, or customer support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
