Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
Explain college courses, admission procedures, and fee structures.
Follow up with interested candidates and parents.
Schedule campus visits and counseling appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student inquiries.
Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth processing of applications.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.




Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
