Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and employee relations while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR coordination activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and employee grievance resolution.
Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
Prepare and share recruitment reports, hiring updates, and HR metrics.
Communicate professionally with candidates and employees through email, phone, and messaging platforms.




Ensure all recruitment and HR activities comply with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable regulations.
Support day-to-day HR operations and perform other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.(Physically & Digitally)

Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and HRMS tools.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent coordination, organizational, and follow-up abilities.

Working Days : 6 days working culture (Mon - Sat)
Work Mode : In person
Work Location : Chennai Perungudi

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
