Qualification
MBA with specialization in HR / Finance / Marketing / Operations / Business Analytics or related field.
NET / SET / Ph.D. preferred as per institution and regulatory norms.
Robust academic background with positive communication and presentation skills.

Experience
2–5 years of teaching / industry experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver lectures for MBA students in assigned management subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct seminars, workshops, case study discussions, and practical sessions.
Mentor and guide students for academic projects, internships, and placements.
Evaluate student performance through internal assessments and examinations.
Support accreditation, documentation, NBA/NAAC activities, and academic administration.
Participate in research,



publications, FDPs, conferences, and consultancy activities.
Coordinate department activities, industrial visits, guest lectures, and events.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and student counseling reports.
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required
Strong knowledge in management concepts and business practices.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and online teaching platforms.
Research aptitude and analytical thinking.
Teamwork and student mentoring abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
