Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for Qualified Loan products through direct sourcing and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, CAs, architects, dentists, consultants, and other eligible professionals.
Generate leads through market mapping, networking, channel partners, DSAs, and existing customer references.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for loan disbursements.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement.




Conduct preliminary credit assessments and collect all required documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.
