About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to establish and lead the Human Resources department for a fast-growing multi-unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and driving people-focused initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Build and establish the HR department from scratch.
Develop HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and organizational processes.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate roles.
Design and implement onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs.
Develop performance management and appraisal systems.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate manpower planning with operations and training teams.
Oversee attendance,



leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
Create career progression plans and support organizational growth.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or QSR.
Proven experience in setting up HR systems and processes.
Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.
