About the Job

Leading group HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR policies, training,



and manpower planning across multiple hospital units.

Eligibility
MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) or equivalent qualification
10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
Solid knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, payroll, statutory compliance, and HRMS
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, and multi-unit HR operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
