Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential franchise investors through various lead generation channels.
Develop current business opportunities to expand the company's franchise network across target markets.
Conduct consultations, business presentations, and discovery meetings with prospective franchise partners.
Guide prospects through the complete franchise acquisition journey, from initial inquiry to agreement signing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to build strong relationships and maximize conversion prospects.
Evaluate prospective franchise partners and recommend suitable business opportunities based on their investment profile.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate business terms, and coordinate documentation for franchise onboarding.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless handover and successful franchise launch.
Track market developments, competitor activities, and emerging franchise trends to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities,



and closures in the CRM system.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales and expansion targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
Minimum experience in Franchise Sales or Franchise Business Development is mandatory.
Solid understanding of franchise business models and partner acquisition processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close high-value business deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities whenever required.
