We are looking for a confident and experienced Salon Manager to handle daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at our premium salon.

Responsibilities
Supervise salon staff including stylists, beauticians, and front desk
Manage customer service and ensure a high-quality experience
Oversee inventory, product ordering, and stock management
Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
Maintain salon hygiene and operational standards
Drive sales, membership packages, and promotional activities
Manage billing and daily reporting

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of salon management experience
Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills




Understanding of salon services, beauty products, and operations
Ability to manage a team and meet targets
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
