Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Travel Requirement: 75% travel across India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of furniture manufacturing and installation projects across India. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the furniture industry and be willing to travel extensively to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage furniture manufacturing and installation projects
Coordinate with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and site engineers
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality
Ensure timely execution and completion of projects within budget
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation
Resolve site and project-related issues efficiently
Coordinate material dispatch, installation, and resource allocation




Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Liaise with clients to provide project updates and address concerns
Travel extensively (approximately 75%) across India for project supervision and client coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Furniture Manufacturing & Trading Industry (Mandatory)
Strong project coordination and execution skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be willing to travel approximately 75% across India
Immediate joiners only

Compensation & Perks:
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
