Job Description

We We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for government and private sector prospects across India. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant domestic tenders through government and private tender portals (GEM, CPPP, State Portals & PSU’s, etc.).
Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Technical) for required documents and approvals.
Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and documentation.
Track tender results and follow up with clients regarding bid status.
Manage EMD, tender fees, and other compliance requirements.




Prepare MIS reports related to tender activities and bid success rates.
Stay updated with government procurement policies and tender guidelines.

Required Skills:
Experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, and state e-procurement portals.
Knowledge of government tendering processes and documentation.
Solid understanding of bid preparation and compliance.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Positive analytical and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in domestic tender management.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT/software services tendering.
Familiarity with bid management tools and procurement portals.
Knowledge of government procurement policies and contract documentation.
