Managing IPD/OPD bills, processing Mediclaim, and reconciling claims with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
Processing employee salaries, tax deductions (TDS, PF), and calculating doctor payouts and incentives.
Overseeing accounts payable/receivable, maintaining general ledgers, and executing vendor payments.
Maintaining the privacy, security and accuracy of the entire medical and financial records.
Ensuring statutory compliance, including GST and tax filings
Generating financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), preparing hospital tariffs, and managing budgets.
Having excellent interpersonal skills.
Working independently “and” as a valued member of the team.
Following established protocols.
Having computer skills in Tally.
