About the Role

The role of an Optometrist goes beyond eye check-ups and includes sales as a critical deliverable. You will be responsible for delivering technical expertise through eye examinations, dispensing, diagnosis, product recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct eye examinations following optometry process.
Recommend appropriate lenses and frames based on customer needs.
Perform lens quality checks before product handover.
Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve assigned sales and eye-test conversion targets while adhering to SOPs.
Coordinate product delivery and manage returns.




Maintain store standards, equipment, and stock as per company guidelines.
Support day-to-day store operations.

Eligibility
Diploma/Degree in Optometry
Positive communication and active listening skills.
Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport.
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing environments, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
