Bird Eye is a homegrown Indian activewear brand built for women who move: in the gym, on the mat, on the track, and everywhere in between. We design performance-first, aesthetic-forward apparel: leggings, sports bras, matching sets, and more. We're a lean startup team based out of Khar West, Mumbai, growing quick and building for the long term. Everyone who joins us owns a piece of what we're building.

THE ROLE

you're the person who can't open Instagram without mentally redesigning half of what you see.

references? you have folders within folders. aesthetic opinions? constant. ability to actually execute on them? that's why we're talking.

Bird Eye needs a Designer who brings the ideas, builds the visuals and keeps the brand looking sharp across every touchpoint.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the Instagram aesthetic: reels, carousels, stories, the whole grid




Bring fresh references and content ideas to the table every single week
Design assets for social, campaigns, emailers and anything the brand needs
Be on set for shoots and actually shape how they look and feel
Keep an eye on what's working and use it to make the next thing better
Using Photoshop, Canva, After Effects/Premiere pro and other Adobe Suite tools to execute day to day content and designs

YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THIS IF
Your camera roll is mostly references and screenshots of things you liked
You have a personal design style and it shows in your work
You can go from vague idea to finished visual without needing your hand held
You get genuinely bothered by bad typography and lazy content
2 to 3 years of experience doing this kind of work, formally or not

NOT YOUR THING IF
You need a fully written brief before your brain starts working
You treat design like a production checklist rather than a creative act
