We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Continental/Italian Commi Chef to join our café kitchen team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing continental dishes and maintaining kitchen hygiene and consistency.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assist in Continental / Italian dishes including:
Soups
Starters
Salads
Burgers
Sandwiches & Wraps
Pasta & Noodles
Pizza
Steaks & Sides
Basic sauce and prep knowledge
Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
Follow kitchen SOPs, hygiene, and food safety practices
Assist in stock preparation and kitchen organization
Work efficiently during rush hours and weekend operations

Requirements
1–4 years experience in Continental / Italian kitchen
Knowledge of basic kitchen prep and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a rapid-paced café environment
Team player with positive attitude and discipline
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
