Key Responsibilities:

Design Development
Assist in developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare conceptual layouts and detailed design drawings.

Technical Drafting
Create accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Construction Documentation
Prepare complete construction drawing sets, including:
Floor plans
Elevations
Sections
Working drawings
Joinery and finish details
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for site execution.

Project Coordination
Coordinate with Architects, RCC Consultants, MEP Consultants, Site Engineers, and the Execution Team.
Resolve technical queries during the construction phase.
Update drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback.

Quality Control
Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building regulations, project specifications, and company standards.
Maintain accuracy in dimensions, annotations, and technical details.

Requirements:

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design.

Education




Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural systems, and material specifications.
