We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and records
Ensure a smooth and skilled candidate experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn)
