Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
Prepare BOQs, client bills, and subcontractor bills.
Verify site measurements with site engineers.
Review quantities, item rates, and billing accuracy.
Check and certify vendor and contractor bills/invoices.
Ensure work follows company procedures and project requirements.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
Maintain accurate quantity, billing, and project documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
Solid knowledge of BOQ, billing, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
