Job Title: HR Operations / HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations / HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end HR activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS processes.
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:
Manage the basic HR operations like employee records, attendance, and compliance.
Perform administrative duties including documentation, and office coordination.
Support employee relations and basic policy implementation.
Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka experience is mandatory)
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage attendance tracking and compliance-related activities
Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews
Maintain employee documentation and verification records
Coordinate with vendors for HR-related activities
Support employee engagement initiatives
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Qualification:
MBA (HR) preferred
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
