Senior Head Accountant – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting and financial operations.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Process PF, ESI, payroll, and salary on time.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and statutory reports.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
Lead the accounts team and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
5+ years of experience in accounts and finance.
Robust knowledge of GST, Taxation, PF, ESI, Payroll, TDS, and Tally/ERP.
Positive analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
