Job Description – Host (Hospitality)

Position: Host / Hostess

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest seating.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive first impression.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Good communication skills in English.
Pleasant personality with a well-groomed appearance.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work in shifts,



including weekends and holidays.
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Friendly and positive attitude.
Team player with good organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
