We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive PRO (Public Relations Officer) for the Bodyshop & Service department in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, service follow-ups, insurance coordination, vehicle delivery updates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the service and bodyshop process.
Attend and assist customers visiting the service and bodyshop department.
Coordinate vehicle service appointments and bodyshop repair updates.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding vehicle status and delivery timelines.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.




Prepare and maintain customer feedback records and service reports.
Ensure proper documentation related to service and insurance claims.
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Support service advisors and bodyshop teams in customer handling.
Maintain qualified customer relationships and enhance customer experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
