Understand customer requirements and tailor sales conversations to effectively address their needs. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of leads and interactions. Recommend suitable products or services based on customer inquiries and business requirements. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads while building robust customer relationships. Ensure seamless customer handover by coordinating with the relevant departments for follow-up and closure of opportunities.
