Job Summary:

Responsible for leading end-to-end execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, budget adherence, and effective coordination with all stakeholders from planning through project handover.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning to completion
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely achievement of milestones
Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, contracts, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures
Resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues
Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to senior management
Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, site engineers, and construction teams

Skills Required:
Strong leadership and project management skills




Expertise in residential construction and project execution
Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, billing, estimation, BOQ, and cost control
Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage)
12–18 years of experience in residential construction projects
Minimum 5 years in a senior project leadership role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in high-rise residential buildings, luxury apartments, villas, townships, gated communities, and mixed-use residential developments
Solid exposure to project planning, execution, quality assurance, contract management, statutory approvals, billing, estimation, and project handover

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
