Mishmash Naturals is a quick-growing D2C brand creating natural, Ayurvedic beauty & personal care products specially designed for kids (3–12 years). As we scale across marketplaces, website, and social media, we are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media associate to join our in-house team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram trends, content planning, and brand storytelling, and wants hands-on experience building a growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing social media content
Research trending content formats, reels, and viral ideas
Write captions and help schedule posts
Assist during content shoots and product videos
Shoot basic social media content using iPhone when required
Edit basic reels and short-form content
Support influencer collaborations and campaigns
Monitor comments, DMs, and basic community engagement
Track content performance and suggest improvements

Skills & Requirements
Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media trends
Ability to shoot basic content on phone (iPhone preferred)
Basic video editing skills
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Good written communication for captions and posts




Basic Canva/design skills are a plus

Ideal Candidate
Candidates with at least 3–6 months of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Active on social media and understands what makes content engaging and shareable
Comfortable with basic content shooting and reel editing
Willing to work in-office in a quick-paced startup workplace
Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and take ownership
