Job Purpose

To manage customer inquiries, maintain CRM records, coordinate customer communications, schedule customer visits, and support business development activities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain sales records.
Coordinate and schedule customer visits for the sales team.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Assist in digital marketing activities as required.
Participate in exhibitions and trade shows with the sales team (1–2 times per year).




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and service.
Prepare daily and weekly follow-up reports and update management on sales activities.
