Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer – Projects to oversee the civil construction activities for our current feed manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial construction projects and be capable of independently managing site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, safety compliance, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all civil construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within approved timelines and budgets.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction plans.
Ensure construction quality in accordance with approved drawings and applicable standards.
Verify contractor measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
Plan and monitor material requirements to avoid delays in execution.




Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain project documentation, daily progress reports, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with management and provide periodic project status updates.
Support commissioning activities by coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
5–10 years of experience in industrial, factory, warehouse, or manufacturing plant construction projects.
Experience in handling turnkey construction projects is preferred.
Good knowledge of RCC structures, foundations, industrial flooring, steel structures, and infrastructure works.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of project planning, billing, estimation, and quality control.
Strong leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred).
Willingness to work full time at the project site.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
